Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted on items, if damaged/faulty or not as described 

If an item is found to be damaged or faulty upon arrival, please contact us immediately.

If any item is reported to us as faulty or damaged, we will request an image of the item showing the damage/fault before starting the returns/refund process.

Upon confirmation of the damage/fault, The Cornwall Connection will agree to pay the return postage. A full refund for the item will be issued to the buyer upon receipt and examination of the item returned.

 

**** From 18th March 2020 this shop will no longer accept any returns on items simply because a buyer has changed their mind. This policy will continue until the world coronavirus crisis is over.

All returns, when agreed, must be shipped back to the Cornwall Connection within 7 days of delivery.

*Due to COVID-19, for hygiene reasons, I do not accept exchanges on personal items, such as Wheat & Lavender packs, Eye pillows and Face Masks.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
 
*The following items also cannot be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads
